Adam Sherman

Owner, President, General Manager, Sales

Adam Sherman grew up traveling with his family from New England to Oregon, finally settling in Bucks County. After earning a degree in Physics from Albright College in Reading, Adam became an engineer and had a career working for several large corporations.

His entrepreneurial spirit and love of historic homes led Adam to invest in several properties on his own before he met Nick Walker in the 1980s. In 1989, they founded Cottage Industries, Inc together and, today, the firm maintains the philosophy and roots that has made it one of the most trusted and successful design/build companies in Philadelphia.

Nicholas Walker

Owner, Vice President, Sales

Born and raised in the Main Line area with roots going back to the founding of the nation, Nick Walker graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Fine Art and pursued a career in his field of passion, construction. Like Adam, Nick invested in many projects of his own before they founded Cottage Industries, Inc together.
